Meticulously selected for their superior marbling and tenderness, only 1-3% of cattle from Alberta’s renowned Cargill High River Ranch achieve the prestigious prime grade. A5 Wagyu | Rare Japanese Beef, Precisely Sourced

On our menu, A5 Wagyu is presented with a deep respect for its origin and craft. Sourced from Japan, this exceptional beef reflects generations of careful husbandry, resulting in remarkable marbling, tenderness, and depth of flavour.

From Shodoshima Island, A5 Olive Fed Wagyu offers a distinctive expression. Raised on a diet enriched with toasted olives, it reveals a gentle richness and balance, with a texture that is both delicate and precise.
